This program comes to you.  There is no need to travel. This program is uniquely specialized to meet the needs of your group. You will learn everything you need to know to become a mediator and help people make win/win agreements.  This is both a skills – based and theory based course. Learn and practice the CR Skillset and learn the highly effective CT Mediation step-by-step problem-solving method. It involves highly engaging lessons involving watching and listening to lectures, group activities, watching videos, role-playing, reading, self – assessment and writing answers to assignments.

  • How to structure and schedule the timing in a Mediation Session.
  • The difference between Arbitration and Mediation as well as other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
  • A user-friendly personality assessment method based on Carl Jung’s writings that is valid, tested and has been in use for over 40 years.
  • To Identify your values, strengths, needs, joys and conflict triggers.
  • To identify the personalities of other people to assist in negotiation.
